getting into trouble

May 7, 2011

winding a warp, especially linen, with one hand is not an exercise I recommend. It’s done and chained off but it won’t be going on the loom until I have 2 hands.

then I couldn’t resist treating myself. One of my favorite potter’s groups have 2 sales a year – one the day before Mother’s Day – how’s that for intelligent marketing?  What does need have to do with anything?

these cards are wonderful, with one-of-a kind ceramic pieces.  The price is comparable to  commercial ones but you have to get to the sale early as they sell out.

now I’m going to stay home and be good.

The only way to get rid of temptation is to give in to it!

That is a beautiful piece, and looks good with your weaving.

    Happy Mother’s Day,

    Ruth
