a day spent with a good friend

a treasure from the antique store – stamped Korten &Scherf  – an old German razor, knife and scissor manufacturer. Well used, in excellent condition and very sharp.

–the best part, they were on a table of tools at 2 for $8

they only cost, with tax, $4.47. I’m still chuckling to myself.

the fabric is rag weave from an old border print skirt on a shadow weave warp.

What a bargain! I love old scissors and have a few pairs myself. What a great day you had with friend. The kind of day I enjoy – hugs Nat
