not a creature is stirring

December 8, 2021

each day brings a new surprise

a book – “Japanese Quilts”

daughter-in-law is even searching used book stores?

it has a name and date on the front page  – Feb. ’94

I love the idea of re-gifting/ recycling when appropriate

it has beautiful, clear pictures and detailed descriptions

then a hand warmer in a foxy mitten – it would make a great teddy bear sweater!

hot chocolate mix and Lindt chocolate – did I say I can’t live without chocolate?

the bears are getting dressed for the holiday

more to finish, then we’ll have a fashion show

Rosie is reading a modern, pop-up edition of “The Night Before Christmas”

not a bear is stirring but there are two little mice

the black is felt scraps from the Halloween hats, scraps from making Rosie was just enough for brown mouse

they are free patterns from

she makes charming, one-of-a-kind little things

they would make fun tree ornaments and great little gifts

Christmas is coming, not a creature is stirring – just two little mouses

Looks like a fun time with what’s unfolding via your Advent calendar.
(apologies on lack of keeping up with posts, had some tuff weeks, and then this week some maybe magical happenings which look like me returning to better health, baby steps but do have blessing of my GP)

No mice are stirring here, nor bears, but wee wooden feet are clattering about in excitement…Your mouses are very cute – I love Ann Woods’s little things…lots of inspiration there!
