what to weave next?

can’t believe the merry month of May is already rushing along
the saying goes – “time flies when you’re having fun”
most of my time has been spent mowing lawns, weeding and doing a little spring cleaning
the tea towels are finished
more about these later
but the inevitable question is “what’s next”?
after 40+ years of weaving I’ve tried most weaving structures that have piqued my interest
Swiss dot – sort of!
and woven everything from rags
handspun, natural dyed silk
and paper – shifu
currently I’m organizing a commissioned work
the lawn needs mowing – good time to think about
what to weave next?

Alice – I hope you’re right, tapestry weaving is taking all my concentration. Think I’ll hang out in the garden and wait for inspiration.
