lessons learned

March 21, 2012

what did I learn?

having fun and just messing around can be rewarding

20 usable cards , I was amazed at how different the design was once the piece was cut

no birds lost there heads but one had his beak and toes trimmed!

a great way to use workshop samples, scraps and try out new techniques

what will I do differently? – use a heavier interfacing

– add beads etc. before the backing

the backing is a light mulberry paper,a heavier paper might be better

I added a postcard format on the back

there will be a next time.
