    i wonder if you harvested any of thse leaves for bundles. i find that because there are three fewer big maples in my yard (over the years this has happened) and the young ones are still quite small, i have fewer leaves than ever. i love how the leaves photo echos the knitting photo.

    What an inspiring fall color. I will start natural dye some of my handspun wool (not by me) and bring it along on our trip for you to show me how to knit that rug. I am home now – hugs Nat

    Oh, such colours! We had a house warming today, so many people coming by, so your picture of knitting by the fire is especially appealing. Maybe tomorrow!
